Hanoi Announces $57.2M Int’l Education Village Project
The Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment has announced a VND1.088 trillion ($57.2 million) project to build an international education village, the first of its kind in the city. The future village, which will cover an area of 31.6 hectares in Tu Liem and Hoai Duc districts, will include schools, service facilities and accommodations for both teachers and pupils’ relatives. The village will also target children of foreign expatriates and overseas Vietnamese who are living in their homeland. Construction on the project is scheduled to start in October this year and fininish after three years.
