Consultant for Emergency Relief for the Typhoon Ketsana and Mirinae Victims Project

ActionAid Vietnam is calling for proposals for service provision of external evaluation of the “Emergency Relief for the Typhoon Ketsana and Mirinae victims” project. The proposal should address the Terms of Reference (ToR) attached herewith.
