Can Tho City Lends VND900B to Poor People in Jan-Oct

Social Policy Bank in Vietnam’s southern city of Can Tho has disbursed a total of nearly VND900 billion ($46.15 million) for the poor people in the first ten months of this year.  The move is aimed to support locals to invest in production for better life, the Doan Ket newspaper reported Nov 4.
