Bank in Quang Nam Province Grants VND100M to Ethnic Students

The branch of the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development in the central province of Quang Nam has donated nearly VND100 million ($5,200) worth of scholarships to ethnic students of the ethnic boarding school since 2006.
