Health Poverty Action (HPA) is an international NGO (UK Registered Charity Number 290535), founded in 1984, with its head office based in London, UK. HPA is presented in 15 countries throughout Africa, Asia and Latin America. HPA has been operational in Viet Nam since 2016. HPA has recruited a team of young, energized and dynamics staff. HPA Vietnam is running number of projects related to Malaria control and elimination, Tuberculosis, Covid 19 and SARS-CoV-2 Antigen RDT testing.

CONSULTANT TO PREPARE MATERIAL AND CONDUCT TRAINING ON GENDER EQUALITY AND SOCIAL ISSUES AFFECTING TO THE ETHNIC YOUTH IN YEN BAI PROVINCE

SCOPE OF WORK

• Prepare training material on gender equality and a number of social issues;
• Conduct a 2-day-training course (tentatively 1^st week of December 2021);
• Prepare report after the training;
• Support online the trainers of Yen Bai Center for Women Support after the training.
