Wildlife Conservation Society, Viet Nam Program (WCS) is seeking for a Supplier who provides laboratory testing from July 2021 to June 2022 to determine the Rickettsia pathogens using the following technique:
DNA extraction from original samples using Realtime-PCR Protocols or equivalent
Rickettsia testing using Realtime RT-PCR testing or equivalent: 2 protocols/samples (Scrub typhus and R. prowazeki)
Conduct deeper diagnostic using conventional PCR and Sequencing for samples were Pos- with Realtime RT-PCR
