The USAID Linkages for Small and Medium Enterprises (“LinkSME”) Project is a five-year project in Vietnam funded by United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by International Executive Service Corps (IESC), a US-based nonprofit organization. The USAID Support to End TB project focuses on activities to strengthen the TB reporting and surveillance systems in line with the Government of Vietnam’s National Strategic Plan (NSP).
The Support to End TB project is seeking a qualified consultant to support the National Tuberculosis Program (NTP) and its health informatics team, technical experts and other collaborators to upgrade the NTP’s Vietnam TB Information Management Electronic System (VITIMES), the data platform that monitors routine TB programming.
