The Senior Finance Coordinator is responsible for all financial aspects, HR & Administration of ENV operations as described below. Aid for Social Protection Programme Foundation Vietnam (AFV) collaborates with partners in implementing the project ‘Building disaster resilient communities in Mekong Delta, Vietnam (VNM-2016-0153)’ in 2017-2018. The project is funded by Bread for the World (BfdW) and ActionAid Vietnam (AAV) with intervention in 2 most vulnerable and climate change affected areas in the Mekong Delta: Tra Vinh city, Tra Vinh province and Ke Sach district, Soc Trang province.
