Heifer International Vietnam is a nonprofit, humanitarian organization dedicated to ending world hunger. Heifer International Vietnam has established an office in Can Tho since 2003. We are looking for a qualified team of consultants/individual consultant to conduct the evaluation of "Improving the Livelihood of vulnerable families in the Mekong Delta", funded by Heifer and the People Committees of Kien Giang, Soc Trang, Vinh Long and Tra Vinh provinces for the period of 2013-2018.
