The project for Adaptation to Climate Change in the Mekong Delta in Tra Vinh province (AMD Tra Vinh) is funded by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).
Goal of the project is the achievement of sustainable livelihoods for the rural poor in a changing environment. Objective of the project is the strengthened adaptive capacity of target communities and institutions to better contend with climate change.
The project’s target groups are poor, near-poor, women-headed and Khmer households.
