UNDP Viet Nam is seeking 1 International Consultant and 1 National Consultant for Project Midterm Review of the project titled “Removing Barriers Hindering Protected Area Management Effectiveness in Viet Nam”.
The MTR will assess progress towards the achievement of the project objectives and outcomes as specified in the Project Document, and assess early signs of project success or failure with the goal of identifying the necessary changes to be made in order to set the project on-track to achieve its intended results. The MTR will also review the project’s strategy, its risks to sustainability.
Viet Nam – Industrial Pollution Management Project (VIPMP) comprises of 3 component projects, with a development objective of improving environmental compliance of industrial zones on a pilot basis, and will operate at national level and in four project provinces, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Dong Nai, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, in the period of 2013 – 2018 with possible extension in terms of scope and time.
