HealthBridge has been operating in Vietnam since 1993 in the areas of Reproductive Health, Nutrition, Tobacco Control, HIV prevention, Gender, Livable City and Cancer.
The Embassy of Ireland is currently recruiting a consulting partner to implement visibility projects with view to promote Ireland and education in Ireland. The objectives, specific tasks, and timeline are presented in the attached Terms of Reference.

The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria was established in 2003 to support countries all over the world in response to these 3 epidemics. Viet Nam has received GFATM funding through Rounds 1, 3, 6, 8 and 9 of which the HIV/AIDS project Round 9 is the first time ever that involves participation from civil society organizations (CSO). This CSO component project proposal is entitled “Government – Civil Society partnership in responding to HIV epidemic in Viet Nam and moving towards Universal Access and sustainable National AIDS program” and is being led by the Viet Nam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA).
Plan VN is looking for a consultant team to carry out the baseline survey of the Project Promote Early Learning and Development of Children in Disadvantaged Areas in Vietnam. The objective of the survey is to quantify and measure the magnitude of education related indicators that are selected for each of the components at the outset of the implementation as the basis for the measurement of changes caused by interventions of the program. More detail on the scope of work and time line can be seen in the TOR attached hereby.
