The AusAID-funded Climate Smart Community Based Disaster Risk Reduction project is jointly managed and implemented by Vietnam Red Cross, German Red Cross and Australian Red Cross. The overall goal of the project is to increase the resilience of vulnerable communities in the Mekong Delta to the current and projected impacts of climate change.
Under the livelihood support component, the project is now seeking a consultant to propose a range of viable climate-smart livelihoods options for target communities in An Giang and Kien Giang.
