Background As part of its ongoing efforts to support education and vocational training for children and young people with disabilities in Vietnam, Catholic Relief Services (CRS) embarked on partnerships with Hanoi College of Information Technology (ESTIH) and Van Lang University (VLU) to establish Information Technology Training Programs (ITTPs) in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC). To date, more than 700 young people with disabilities from all over Vietnam has been trained in information technology (IT). This project is a component of the USAID funded Inclusion of Vietnamese with Disabilities (IVWD) program.
